Qualification :

• Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or State Government with Dictation-10 minutes @ 80 words per minute and Transcription time- 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.

Age Limit : 18-25 years

Application fee : 

• For General and OBC category  Candidates application fee is  Rs 100/-.
• SC/ST/ female and ex serviceman candidates are exempted from application fee payment.

Details about examination : 

The written examination will be of 200 marks consisting of following four parts:-

• Part -I: Hindi/English Language
• Part -II : General Intelligence.
• Part -III: Numerical Aptitude.
• Part -IV: Clerical Aptitude.

How To Apply :

Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested photocopies of certificate/ testimonials as proof of educational qualification and date of birth, for recent passport size self attested photographs, caste certificate, application fee, etc., enclosed in an envelope “Application for Special Recruitment for the Post of ASI (Steno) in CRPF” should reach to concerned application receiving center as mentioned in notification on or before 22-02-2014 up to 05:00 PM.
